Andrea Daly Appointed to the NH Lawyers Assistance Program Commission

The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association congratulates Andrea L. Daly on being appointed by the New Hampshire Supreme Court to the state’s Lawyers Assistance Program (NHLAP) Commission for a three year term expiring on March 1, 2018.

The NHLAP offers help to judges, attorneys, and law students who experience physical or mental disabilities that result from disease, substance abuse, mental health problems, or age, which may impair these individuals’ ability to practice in a competent and professional manner.

Andrea is a director in McLane’s litigation department whose practice focuses on representation of a range of individuals and entities in probate and fiduciary actions, including guardianship proceedings, will challenges, and fiduciary duty matters.  She has an expertise in mental health matters and provides risk management support to mental health professionals throughout the state.  She has successfully defended numerous physicians, psychotherapists and licensed social workers who are the subject of complaints filed with licensing boards.  Andrea recently completed a six year term on the Board of Directors of National Alliance of Mental Illness New Hampshire.

Andrea can be reached in McLane’s Portsmouth office at (603) 334-6927 or andrea.daly@mclane.com.
