Andrew Botti Elected to Advisory Board of Lazarus House Ministries

The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that attorney Andrew Botti has been elected to the Advisory Board of Lazarus House Ministries.

For over 32 years, the Lazarus House Ministries has been serving the Merrimack Valley by restoring dignity and self-respect to empower their guests – poor, underserved and homeless individuals and families.  They provide more than 260,000 services a year through their emergency shelter, soup kitchen, food pantry, thrift stores, and training programs.

Andrew has represented corporations, smaller businesses, and family owned and operated enterprises in complex business and employment-related disputes for over 20 years.  He advises management and business owners/operators on shareholder disputes, employee discrimination and commercial litigation matters.  He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal court, and has appeared before various administrative and legislative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Andrew has also testified before the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development of the Massachusetts legislature regarding the efficacy of “An Act Relative to Non-competition Agreements,” and has been actively involved in the debate over recent efforts to eliminate non-competes in their entirety.

In December 2014, Andrew was appointed by then Governor-Elect Charlie Baker to the Baker-Polito Transition Team Subcommittee on Jobs and the Economy.  In this capacity, Andrew helped prepare findings and recommendations for the new administration.

Andrew can be reached in McLane’s Woburn office at (781) 904-2692 or andrew.botti@mclane.com.
