Botti has been honored with the Ambassador’s Award from Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM). Andrew was recognized for his work defending the validity and utility of non-competition agreements to Massachusetts employers in the face of proposed legislative reform.
For over twenty years Andrew has represented large corporations, smaller businesses, and family owned and operated enterprises in complex commercial and employment-related disputes. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal court, and has appeared on behalf of employers before various administrative and legislative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. A former Chairman of the Board of SBANE (2009 – 2011), and a more recent addition to the Board of Associated Industries of Massachusetts, Andrew is recognized as a staunch and active advocate for business interests across Massachusetts.
Andrew is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts (1991), the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as the First and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
