Attorney Jennifer Parent Appointed State Chair of American College of Trial Lawyers

Manchester, N.H. (November 5, 2025) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that director Jennifer L. Parent has been appointed the New Hampshire State Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America.

Founded in 1950, The American College of Trial Lawyers strives to preserve and enhance trial practice, civility, professionalism, and the administration of justice through support of an independent judiciary, the rule of law, trial by jury, and access to justice. The College is an invitation-only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers from the United States and Canada who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality.

Parent was inducted as a Fellow in 2019 and previously served as State Vice-Chair. She is a director of the firm’s Litigation Department and chairs its Business Litigation Practice Group.  She has over 29 years of experience in litigating and resolving disputes for companies and business owners in a wide range of complex commercial cases and employment matters in state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Parent is a past President of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and the New England Bar Association. She currently serves as Chair of the American Bar Association House of Delegates Committee on Rules & Calendar and serves as the NH State Delegate to the House.
