MANCHESTER, NH — Attorney Margaret R. Crabb of the law firm McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, has recently been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of New Hampshire’s first statewide Women’s Bar Association. Founded in 1998, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association currently has over 200 members. Attorney Crabb was elected to the position of Membership Secretary of the Board.
The Association sponsors continuing legal education seminars, holds networking events, and annually presents The Marilla M. Ricker Achievement Award to women lawyers of distinction. This past May 2002, the Association also recognized the First 100 Women Lawyers in New Hampshire.
Attorney Crabb is an associate in the McLane Law Firm’s Litigation Department, practicing primarily in the areas of domestic relations and personal injury. She earned her B.S. degree from Bentley College in 1997 and went on to receive her law degree from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 2000. Attorney Crabb is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Manchester Bar Association and New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and before the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire.
Her civic activities include: serving on the United Way’s Community Investment Committee, which evaluates the need of participating agencies; and participating in fundraising activities for the YMCA, Junior Achievement, Child and Family Services, and the United Way.
