The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Benjamin B. Folsom and Elizabeth P. Hunt have been admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar.
Ben is an associate in McLane Middleton’s litigation department. Prior to joining the firm, Ben was a litigator in the Chicago office of a national law firm. Ben helps clients with a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract claims, zoning and land use disputes, and the defense of consumer fraud claims. He also has extensive experience representing lenders in commercial mortgage foreclosures and guaranty claims, as well as defending lender liability claims.
