Bob Baker to Present Webcast on Fintech Digitization and Transformation of SMEs and B2B

McLane Middleton attorney Robert E. Baker will speak at The Knowledge Group’s 90 minute webcast called, “Fintech Digitization and Transformation of SMEs and B2B: What You Need to Know” on July 27, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. ET.

The webcast will help businesses and consumers understand the important aspects of FinTech digitization and the transformation of SMEs and B2Bs. It will provide an in-depth discussion of the challenges and opportunities this digital disruption offers, and also offer strategies on how to overcome these challenges and leverage the opportunities offered by FinTech.

Bob is an associate in the firm’s corporate department where he assists clients in a variety of land use, telecommunications, real estate, and business transactions. His interest in the emerging field of Fintech stems from his time in law school, where he concentrated his studies on business law and securities regulation, as well as quantitative coursework on stock and company valuation. In his final year of school, Bob participated in a legal residency at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s regional office in Boston, assisting the Enforcement Division’s investigations into securities violations and market abuse. In addition to his law degree, Bob holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Paul College of Business and Economics in Durham, New Hampshire. Prior to law school, Bob was an officer in the military.
