Cameron Shilling to Speak at MCLE New England’s Business Litigation 2017

Cameron G. Shilling will be presenting at MCLE New England’s 16th Annual Business Litigation Conference on January 27, 2017 in Boston, Mass.

The event will provide an update on new business litigation developments and important case law delivered in a dynamic, streamlined format by a stellar faculty of U.S. District Court and Massachusetts Superior Court Judges and preeminent practitioners.

Cameron is a Shareholder and Director at McLane Middleton, where he chairs the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Group.  His depth and breadth of experiences in data security include managing data security audits, preparing and implementing written security policies, addressing day-to-day security issues, and investigating and remediating security breaches.  Data privacy is another focus of Cameron’s practice, including creating and implementing privacy policies, terms of use agreements, information use policies, and social media policies, advising clients about workplace privacy, social media, and consumer privacy, and handling data privacy claims asserted against companies.
