Carol Holahan Joins the McLane Law Firm

CONCORD, Manchester, NH, and Woburn, Massachusetts – The McLane Law Firm welcomes attorney Carol Holahan to the firm.

Bringing sixteen years’ experience in state government as the Director of the New Hampshire Office of Legislative Services and Assistant Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Carol joins McLane’s Energy, Utilities & Telecommunications, Corporate Business Law and Environmental Law groups.

She previously spent six years at a Concord firm where her practice concentrated in telecommunications, water and energy matters, as well as litigation in both the state and federal courts.

Carol brings extensive insight into State legislative, regulatory and budgeting processes.  She is  licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  

As a licensed soccer coach and referee, Carol has been active in youth sports programs in the Concord area for more than a decade.  She has also served as Chairman of the Board of the American Diabetes Association, New Hampshire Affiliate, and been active with the United Way of Merrimack County.

She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.S from Georgetown University.
