Cathleen A. Schmidt has been added as a mentor to the Boston Business Journal’s Bizwomen Mentoring Monday 2016 on April 4, 2016 at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront in Boston.
The event will offer attendees the opportunity to choose from 40 mentors who are the most influential women in the community for one-on-one coaching sessions for seven minute conversations.
Cathy is McLane Middleton’s Executive Director and CEO. She is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, marketing and human resource functions of the firm, and works closely with the firm’s management team on day to day operations and strategic planning. She is a member of the firm’s management committee and is an integral player in the implementation of McLane Middleton’s strategic plan.
Prior to joining the firm, Cathy spent over five years as President and CEO at Citizens Bank, where she was responsible for overseeing the success of 108 branches and 1,200 employees in New Hampshire and Vermont.
