Christopher M. Dube Returns to McLane as Of Counsel

The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, as well as Woburn, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce that Christopher M. Dube, an attorney who was with the firm from 1998 to 2010 has returned as of counsel to the firm’s Corporate Department.

In 2010, Chris joined White Mountain Kettle Corn, LLC, of Henniker, New Hampshire, as President and General Counsel where he oversaw all aspects of operations including rebranding and expansion of the company’s product line, expansion of distribution, and regulatory compliance.

He resumes his practice at McLane, focusing on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial landlord-tenant issues, corporate governance, private equity and finance transactions, and structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions and a variety of contractual relationships.

Chris is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the U S Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

In 2007, Chris was the recipient of the firm’s Jack B. Middleton Pro Bono Legal Services Award for his outstanding commitment to serving New Hampshire’s poor and underprivileged citizens. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Granite State Independent Living, a statewide non-profit organization that assists persons with disabilities.

Chris earned his B.A from Middlebury College and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.  Prior to attending law school, he worked in Washington, D C. in a variety of capacities, including positions with the Department of the Interior and with the White House during the administration of George H.W. Bush.
