Closson, Stevens, and Morse to Present at Paralegal Association of NH Dinner

McLane Middleton attorneys Patrick C. Closson, Charla Bizios Stevens, and Julie Richardson Morse will be presenting at the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire’s Spring CLE Dinner on April 20, 2016 in Concord, N.H.

As part of the presentation, the panel will discuss need-to-know legal updates in corporate, business tax, securities, employment, trust and estate, and estate planning laws.  In addition, the panel will review several pieces of recent legislation that impact the state.

Patrick is a corporate and transactional lawyer who helps clients form, grow, and sell their businesses, and works with his clients to solve challenging problems with practical solutions. Charla is the chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group.  She has extensive background addressing litigated and non-litigated employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, employee classification and wage and hour claims.
