May 24, 2010, Woburn, MA – The McLane Law Firm is pleased to announce that David K. Moynihan has been elected to the board of the North Suburban Chamber of Commerce.
The North Suburban Chamber of Commerce is a professionally managed non-governmental business association dedicated to providing its membership with effective business tools and resources that help businesses become more profitable, visible and community-oriented. It forms public policy on issues affecting the quality of life in our region, and actively seeks to improve the business climate on a statewide and national level through effective advocacy for its business membership.
As a member of McLane’s Trade Center office in Woburn, Massachusetts, David’s practice focuses on real estate and related matters, including acquisitions, leasing and condominium law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the U.S. District Court (Massachusetts), and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
David earned his B.A in political science from Merrimack College and his J.D. from California Western School of Law, as well as a Certificate of Completion in International Comparative Corporate Law from King’s College of Law, London, England.
He has served on the Planning Board and Master Plan Commission of Ipswich, Massachusetts. He also served as President of the Friends of Ipswich Public Library.
David currently lives in Lynnfield, Massachusetts with his wife, Lia Zulalian-Moynihan.
