McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that David K. Moynihan has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Bar Association (“REBA”) for Massachusetts and as co-chair on REBA’s Continuing Legal Education Committee.
The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, New England’s fastest growing bar association, includes over 3000 lawyer members and non-lawyer Associates sharing a 150-year tradition of professionalism and excellence advancing the practice of real estate law. REBA members represent lenders, buyers, sellers, owners, landlords and tenants in every real estate practice area and specialty including resolving title issues and title insurance, commercial leasing, transactional matters for both residential and commercial property, affordable housing, environmental, zoning, permitting and land use, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
At McLane, David’s practice focuses on real estate matters and related matters including acquisitions, leasing and condominium law. Prior to joining McLane, David served as inside general counsel with several established New England firms, including Brady Sullivan Properties of Manchester, New Hampshire, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System, of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and Cummings Properties of Woburn, Massachusetts.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and before the U.S. District Court (Massachusetts), and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
David earned his B.A in political science from Merrimack College and his J.D. from California Western School of Law, as well as a Certificate of Completion in International Comparative Corporate Law from King’s College of Law, London, England.
He is very active in the business community and serves as a Director on the boards of both the Woburn Business Association and the North Suburban Chamber of Commerce.
