MANCHESTER, NH: â€â€McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, recently announced the addition of attorney Denis Dillon, of Counsel in the Trust & Estate Department. Attorney Dillon will be practicing out of the Portsmouth Office as part of the firm’s continuing expansion of this practice area.
Prior to joining McLane Law Firm, Mr. Dillon was an attorney at Katz & Rudnick, P.C. in Boston. There he advised clients with respect to business, estate and succession planning, income tax planning, including taxation of corporations, partnerships and trusts and estates, trust and estate administration and Medicaid planning, including special needs trusts. Other professional experience includes tenure as a senior tax consultant at Coopers & Lybrand and Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP.
Mr. Dillon is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Estate Planning council of Boston. He holds a B.A. from Assumption College, an MBA from Nichols college, and a J.D. from Western New England School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude and was the recipient of Judge Abraham Smith Prize. He also earned an LL.M in Tax from Boston University School of Law. In addition, Mr. Dillon was a panel member Volunteer Lawyers Service Justice – Mass. Justice Project 2001 and a member of the Finance Committee for the Town of Oakham, MA for three years.
