Haley, Jr. has been elected president of the Board of Directors for the Manchester Community Music School.
Established in 1983 as a not-for-profit organization, the Manchester Community Music School provides quality instruction and performance opportunities for students of all ages. The Music School, located in historic north Manchester, is home to over 50 of New England’s finest music educators and over 1,000 students who travel throughout the year from 65 New Hampshire communities for their studies.
In addition to serving on the Board for the past 6 years, Dennis is a former piano student of the school. Dennis is also a graduate of Leadership Manchester’s Class of 2008 and currently serves as chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association Business Law Section.
As a senior attorney in McLane’s Corporate Department, Dennis has advised clients with respect to substantially all aspects of their business. His counsel routinely covers entity selection and formation, agreements between owners, executive and employee compensation (including stock options), debt and equity financing (including venture capital transactions), mergers and acquisitions, software licensing, and intellectual property matters.
