McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Dick Samuels was re-elected by the firm’s directors to serve an additional three year term as the firm’s managing director.
Dick has served in this position since 2013 when the firm first added a managing director to its organizational structure. In this role, Dick works with the executive director to oversee strategic positioning and growth, and financial matters. The two work with a management committee that monitors the firm’s economic performance and provides long-term planning policy and direction.
In addition to being the firm’s managing director, Dick continues his legal practice, which concentrates in corporate governance, corporate transactions (M&A), and securities regulation, including SEC regulation, private securities offerings, formations of private investment funds, and registered investment adviser and broker representation.
