December 13, 2010, Manchester, New Hampshire: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to award its highest honor – the firm’s annual Client Service Award to Donna Schesser, a long-time employee in the firm’s data processing department.
McLane’s Client Service Award is provided annually to the McLane attorney, paralegal, or staff member that exemplifies the highest level of client responsiveness and excellence in service based on colleague observation, peer reviews, and client recommendations and commendations.
Bruce Felmly, senior director in the firm’s Litigation Department, and head of the client service committee, presented Donna with the award for her tireless effort and invaluable contribution on behalf of the firm and its clients.
“During her ten-year tenure at McLane, Donna Schesser’s dedication to our clients has been exemplary,” he said. “Donna regularly provides paralegal support on complicated, time-sensitive matters,” he added. “She has devoted not only her work hours, but also weekends, evenings, and early mornings, to assuring that clients’ needs are met efficiently, expertly, and with a smile.”
