McLane Middleton attorney Eric M. Sigman will be speaking at the Business Fundamentals Bootcamp on June 10, 2016 in Wellesley, Mass.
The Bootcamp Series is designed especially for CEO’s and CXO’s of growing businesses with a focus on the tactical and operational expertise needed to manage a growing business. More than 20 speakers will lead sessions focused on the functional areas of marketing, finance, law and human resources to 100+ attendees.
Eric will be speaking on Business Entity Formation from 2:35-3:20 p.m.
Eric is an of counsel attorney in McLane Middleton’s corporate department where he assists clients in a variety of business, franchise, and real estate transactions. As part of his practice, he is well versed in franchise law; mergers and acquisitions; asset purchases and sales; contract review, negotiations, and drafting; as well as transition planning and assisting business owners with developing and implementing exit strategies.
