Tom has over 30 years of experience in energy and public utility matters in New Hampshire, New York, New England, Washington D.C., and Canada, including a decade as Chairman of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, where he served as administrative head of the agency and presided over Commission proceedings concerning electric, natural gas, telecommunications and water utilities. As a member of the Real Estate/Commercial Lending and Corporate Departments, Rolf brings a practical, focused approach to financing, sales and acquisition, and titles of real estate. He has extensive experience in commercial financing, including bank, SBA, bond, and asset-based loan structure and documentation, and has assisted lenders and borrowers through many workouts and foreclosures. Rolf has represented title insurance companies and insureds alike in the generation of, review of, and claims on title insurance policies. John is a partner who concentrates his practice in tax, business and estate planning. He focuses on estate planning for family owned businesses and has authored several articles on this subject. A long-time native of New Hampshire, John is the grandson of Irish immigrants who worked in the mills of Manchester. He earned his High School Degree from Manchester West High School, his Bachelor’s Degree, with honors, in Business Administration from Saint Anselm College, his Law Degree, with honors, from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law and his graduate law degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. Mike is a member of the firm’s Administrative Law and Litigation Departments.  He is also the managing director of the firm’s Portsmouth office.  Mike’s practice focuses on cases in state and federal courts, as well as on administrative appeals. In addition, he represents businesses, municipalities, and individuals in a broad array of environmental matters including Wetlands and the Clean Water Act, Superfund, hazardous and solid waste permitting and compliance.
