The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association congratulates Charla Stevens on being appointed Chair of New Hampshire’s Personnel Appeals Board by Governor Maggie Hassan.
New Hampshire state law provides a process for classified employees to appeal a variety of employment decisions ranging from disciplinary action to position classification and reported conflicts of interest. Appeals are heard by the NH Personnel Appeals Board, a qualified, independent panel appointed by the Governor and Council under the provisions of RSA 21-I:45.
Charla is the chair of McLane’s Employment Law Practice Group, and also practices in the Education and Health Care Practice Groups at the firm.
