McLane Middleton attorney Gregory H. Smith will be speaking at the EBC New Hampshire Program: New OSHA Silica Standards – Understanding the Regulations & Liabilities on October 24, 2017 in Manchester, NH.
As part of the program, panelists will provide EBC members with the opportunity to understand how the regulated community is responding to OSHA’s Final Rule to Protect Workers from Exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica.
Greg is chair of the firm’s administrative law department and Environmental Practice Group. He
has over 40 years’ experience in environmental and regulatory law and litigation involving the State, federal and local governments. He was the New Hampshire Attorney General following service as a homicide prosecutor in that office. He has led the firm’s environmental, regulatory and government relations practice since leaving the position of Attorney General.
