McLane Middleton attorney Jared L. Shwartz will present at an upcoming Boston Bar Association event on “Health Law Basics for New Lawyers” on March 16, 2018 in Boston.
The program will address fundamentals of health law and provide new lawyers (or lawyers new to health law) with a tool-kit for representing clients in the healthcare space. Topics will include an overview of relevant regulations, provider representation, and considerations in health care transactions.
Jared is an associate in the firm’s corporate department and a member of the its healthcare group. He advises businesses and medical providers on a wide variety of matters, including corporate governance, entity formation, commercial real estate issues, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions.
