McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Jarrett Duncan was recently elected to the Dunbarton school board.
Jarrett recently served on the Bow-Dunbarton Authorized Regional Enrollment Area, School Planning Committee, to negotiate and develop an agreement between the two districts that would allow Dunbarton students in grades 7-12 to attend Bow middle and high schools starting in the fall of 2014. At their recent respective annual school district meetings, both districts overwhelmingly approved the agreement.
Jarrett and his wife Elizabeth reside in Dunbarton with their two children.
Working in the Environmental practice at McLane, Jarrett regularly works with local and national clients solving issues involving compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. His work also includes handling due diligence activities for commercial property transfers, litigating environmental insurance coverage disputes on behalf of policy holders, defending judicial enforcement actions and litigating personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He joined the firm in August 2006.
Jarrett received his J.D. and his M.S. in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. He earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, at Amherst.
In 2011 and 2012, Jarrett was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
In addition to his work with the Dunbarton school system, Jarrett serves as a trustee for the Capital Region Food Program and serves as chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Environmental and Natural Resources Section.
