Jeanmarie Papelian Elected Chair of Editorial Board of New Hampshire Bar Journal

McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that Jeanmarie Papelian has been elected Chair of the editorial board of the New Hampshire Bar Journal.
The New Hampshire Bar Journal publishes scholarly discourses, commentary on activities of the Bar, and articles on the administration of justice for New Hampshire’s lawyers and judges and for others interested in New Hampshire law.
Jeanmarie is the Co­Chair of McLane’s Domestic Relations/Family Law Practice Group. She focuses on methods of alternate dispute resolution to assist families in solving their problems outside of the courtroom. She is an experienced collaborative practitioner, marital mediator, neutral evaluator and parenting coordinator.
Jeanmarie is an experienced trial lawyer whose many years of practice in family court has convinced her that it is in the best interest of families to resolve disputes without litigation.
She received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School (1991) and her B.A., Honors, from McGill University (1988). Jeanmarie was an Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Justices of the New Hampshire Superior Court (1991­92).
Jeanmarie is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  In addition to her involvement with the New Hampshire Bar Association, she is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, the Suffolk University Law School Alumni Association and the Parenting Coordinator Association of New Hampshire. She serves on the Board of Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire and is its former Chair.
She has been listed in Woodward/White’s Best Lawyers in America®, (Family Law) since 2008, and served as editor of the MCLE Publication, A Practical Guide to Divorce in New Hampshire, having also contributed the chapter on Collaborative Law.
