McLane Middleton attorney Jesse O’Neill will be a co-chair and panel moderator at an all-day seminar, “New Hampshire Evidence at Trial,” on September 17, 2026, at the NH Bar Association in Concord, NH. This session will bring together experienced trial lawyers and judges for a fast-paced examination of the rules and courtroom realties that govern evidentiary decisions.
Jesse is a dedicated member of McLane Middleton’s Business Litigation Practice Group, bringing considerable experience in complex litigation. He is also passionate about advising clients in the cannabis industry in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire in order to help both plant-touching and ancillary businesses navigate the evolving legal landscape while supporting their growth and compliance.
