Jinjue Pak Joins McLane Law Firm

August 17, 2010, Manchester, NH– The McLane Law Firm welcomes attorney Jinjue Pak to the firm.

Jinjue joins the Corporate Department’s  Bankruptcy Practice Group.  She has experience representing secured lenders, trade creditors, corporate debtors and statutory committees in chapter 11 cases.

Prior to joining McLane she was an attorney at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP in New York City.  Earlier in her career, Jinjue served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Mark W. Vaughn in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.

She is admitted to practice in New York and her admittance is pending in the state of California.  Jinjue is a member of the New York Bar Association and American Bankruptcy Institute.

She received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jinjue lives in Manchester.
