John Colucci to Present at North Shore Chamber 2026 Breakfast Forum

Attorney John D. Colucci will present at the North Shore Chamber’s February Breakfast Forum: Doing Business in 2026 on Wednesday, February 4 in Salem, MA.  John will be discussing, “What Business Leaders Need to Know – Now.” Topics include:

  • Potential personal income tax cuts and new refund calculations
  • Key updates to rent control, PFML, and pay transparency rules
  • New federal and state reporting requirements, including EEO-4 and 1099 changes
  • Clarified rules around domicile, overtime, and tipped wages
  • Emerging regulations on AI in the workplace, “junk fees,” and non-compete agreements
