The McLane Law Firm is pleased to announce that John D. Colucci has been named to board of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce.
John is the Managing Director of McLane’s TradeCenter 128 office in Woburn, Massachusetts, and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Tax Departments. With a dual background as both an attorney and CPA, John works with start-up companies to large multi-owner private and publicly traded corporations, with a considerable client base in the software development and service sectors. He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial transactions and business operations, and practices in the areas of business law, tax law, estate and business succession planning and real estate. John is formerly a founding partner of the firm Colucci Norman, LLP in Beverly, Massachusetts.
John is very active in the North Shore business community, serving as vice chairman of Advancement for the Montserrat College of Art Board of Trustees, and a mentor for the Merrimack Valley Sandbox program at the Merrimack Valley Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UMass Lowell.
He is immediate past president and director of the Greater Beverly YMCA, as well as the North Shore Technology Council. Prior to that, he was chairman of the board of directors for the North Shore United Way. He is also past president of both the Beverly Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club of Beverly.
John is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex County Estate Planning Council, the American Association of Attorney-CPAs and the Bentley Executive Club.
