McLane Middleton attorney, Joshua P. Lanzetta, is presenting at Plymouth State University’s sales management seminar at the University’s business school on January 18, 2016.
Josh’s presentation will cover the anatomy of healthcare contracts, basic contract drafting and negotiating, medical device sales skills for executives, and a variety of other business law issues related to healthcare and biomedical engineering.
The University’s College of Business Administration provides professional programs for students seeking careers within business and non-profit organizations. The focus of the schools’ programs is on applied and practical business and managerial skills. The faculty is composed of both academic scholars and successful practitioners. It includes members with international academic reputations, as well as former CEOs, CFOs, and managers. The school’s students benefit from the latest research in business trends and the experience of seasoned managers.
Josh is an associate in the corporate department where he assists clients in a variety of corporate, healthcare, real estate, and land use transactions. He received his J.D. (2008) and M.R.L.S. (2005) from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with certificates in Environmental Law and Land Use Planning. He received his B.S. from Plymouth State University (2001). While in law school, Josh served as Staff Editor for the Transportation Law Review, President of the Construction & Real Estate Law Society, and as an Associate at the Environmental Law Clinic. Before joining McLane Middleton, Josh worked as an executive in the orthopedic medical device industry and competed on the FIS World Cup as a member of the U.S. Telemark Ski Team.
