McLane Middleton attorney, Joshua P. Lanzetta, is presenting at the University of New Hampshire School of Law’s Sports and Entertainment Law program on April 21, 2016.
A former member of the U.S. Telemark Ski Team, Josh’s presentation covers ski law, professional and amateur athlete representation, and structuring endorsement deals.
Josh is an associate in McLane Middleton’s corporate department where he assists clients in a variety of corporate, health care, real estate, and land use transactions. He received his J.D. and M.R.L.S. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with certificates in Environmental Law and Land Use Planning. He received his B.S. from Plymouth State University in Interdisciplinary Studies. While in law school, Josh served as Staff Editor for the Transportation Law Review, President of the Construction & Real Estate Law Society, and as an Associate at the Environmental Law Clinic. Before joining McLane Middleton, Josh worked as an executive in the orthopedic medical device industry and competed on the FIS World Cup as a member of the U.S. Telemark Ski Team.
