The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorney Kevin Lin was recently admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar and the Massachusetts State Bar.
Kevin is an associate in the firm’s corporate department, where he assists clients in a wide array of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, entity formation and restructuring, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Kevin gained legal experience working in-house at a publically traded pharmaceutical company and at an investment management company in New York City.
Kevin received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law where he served as Note Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law, and his B.A. in Information Science from Cornell University.
