Linda Johnson to Present at Strategic HR at Mt. Washington Conference

Linda S. Johnson will be presenting at the 2016 Strategic HR at Mt. Washington Conference on October 24, 2016 at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, N.H.

The session, titled “Subconscious Bias and Transgendered Workers,” will discuss the legal and practical implications in the workplace as more and more employees “come out” about their transgender identities.

Linda is a director in the firm’s litigation department where she has over 30 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal agencies and courts, and in representing the interests of management in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Linda is well regarded by her peers and has been named as a leading labor and employment law attorney in a survey of the legal profession conducted by Business New Hampshire Magazine.  She is also AV rated by Martindale Hubbell which is the highest rating for legal ethics and services.
