Margaret R. Kerouac Appointed to N.H. Supreme Court Professional Conduct Committee

McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that Margaret R. Kerouac has been appointed to the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s Professional Conduct Committee of the Attorney Discipline System for a three year term beginning January 1, 2015.
A director in McLane’s litigation department, Margaret’s practice focuses on the private, creative and client-centered resolution of family matters, primarily through mediation, negotiation, collaborative law and other settlement techniques, but with the recognition that litigation and trial are sometimes necessary to resolve family disputes.
Margaret frequently represents clients with substantial net worth, complex marital estates, businesses, professional practices, trust interests and diverse real estate holdings. She handles a variety of disputes relating to parenting rights, property valuation and division, support, divorce, modification and many other matters. She is also experienced in the preparation of prenuptial agreements. Her litigation experience includes product liability, medical negligence, wrongful death, and other bodily injury cases, including defense of national pharmaceutical class action litigation relating to a variety of pharmaceuticals.
