Mark Wright Elected to Lead McLane’s Management Committee

January 14, 2011, Manchester, NH and Woburn, MA:  The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Mark A. Wright has been elected leader of the firm’s Management Committee for 2011.

Mark has been with the firm for twenty years, and was elected a Director in 1998. Mark Chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and concentrates his practice on counseling and assisting clients in protecting their intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and technology licensing. 

Mark is recognized by Woodward/White’s Best Lawyers in America, New England Super Lawyers, Business NH Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in NH” and Who’s Who Legal USA: Trademark Law as a leading intellectual property attorney with an extensive practice representing regional, national and international businesses. In 2005, Mark was recognized as one of New Hampshire’s young leaders and named as one of the Union Leader’s “Forty Under 40” Business Leaders. Mark also serves as Chair of the Auburn Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Mark’s expertise serving clients in both states has helped fuel the growth of the firm’s newest and most rapidly expanding office, located at the Trade Center 128 in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Mark received his Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, formerly the Franklin Pierce Law School in 1997. He received his J.D., cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, formerly Detroit College of Law in 1991 where he also served as Note & Comment Editor of Law Review, and graduated with a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business and Economics, in 1987.

Mark lives in Auburn, NH with his wife, Paula and two boys, Michael and Matthew.

Steve Burke, managing director for the firm’s Trade Center 128 office has also joined the management committee, and will serve a term of four years.
