McLane Announces Changes to Firm’s Management Committee

January 2, 2008, Manchester, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Barry Needleman has been elected Chair of the firm’s Management Committee.

Mr. Needleman joined the firm in 1993. A director in the firm’s Environmental Department since 2000, he concentrates his practice in permitting, compliance counseling, auditing, and defense of administrative and judicial enforcement actions for regional and national clients. He has been named among the best in this field by both Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America®.

Barry has chaired the Environmental Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the New England BioSolids and Residuals Association and the Adirondack Mountain Club. Barry has also served as an adjunct professor at Vermont Law School, Franklin Pierce Law Center and Boston University School of Law.

He received his LL.M. with highest honors from George Washington University, National Law Center in 1993. He received his J.D., cum laude from Lewis and Clark College, Northwestern School of Law in 1992.

Barry lives in Hopkinton with his wife, Ruth and children, Hannah and Sam.

Mark Wright, Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group was also named to the firm’s Management Committee for 2008.
