McLane Attorney Jeanmarie Papelian Announces Parenting Coordination Practice

The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Jeanmarie Papelian, a director with the firm and co-chair of the family law practice group, will supplement her sophisticated domestic relations practice by providing parenting coordination services.

Parenting Coordination helps divorcing or separated parents disengage from conflict and allows children to grow up free from the stress of being caught in the middle of parental disputes. Parents who resolve disputes using Parenting Coordination are able to devote their time, energy, and resources to their children rather than to lengthy, acrimonious, and expensive court battles.

Attorney Papelian is an experienced trial lawyer, certified collaborative practitioner and marital mediator. Her family law practice focuses on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) techniques to assist families with children in avoiding the trauma of litigation.

The former chair of the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire and a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, Attorney Papelian is admitted in both the New Hampshire Bar and the Massachusetts Bar. She has been recognized as a “Best Lawyer in America,” by Woodward & White since 2009.
