New Hampshire’s only attorney to be listed in international guide
January 19, 2006, MANCHESTER — The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., is proud to announce that Mark Wright, Director and Shareholder of the firm, and Chairman of the firms intellectual property practice group, has been recognized as a leader in trademark law in Who’s Who Legal USA: Trademarks 2006.
The publication, which lists 325 lawyers in 41 states, bases its analysis on the nominations and opinions of law firm clients and legal peers. It is published by Law Business Research Limited, an independent London-based group which provides research, analysis and reporting on the international legal services marketplace.
A nationally recognized leader in the intellectual property arena, Wright is the only New Hampshire lawyer included in the prestigious list. He is also listed in Best Lawyers in America® in the area of intellectual property. Mark holds a Masters degree in Intellectual Property and represents clients in a wide range of industries for whom he provides counseling relative to their intellectual property portfolios.
Mark’s practice consists of extensive experience in international and domestic trademark clearance, registration, proper use, licensing, acquisition and infringement matters, as well as copyrights, domain names, e-commerce, rights of privacy and publicity, and computer software and technology licensing.
He is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations and has authored numerous articles relating to trademark, copyright and technology issues. He also is a member and past Chairman of the Corporate, Business and Banking Sections of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He serves as the Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Town of Auburn and is a 1997-1998 graduate of Leadership Greater Manchester. Mark was named to The Manchester Union Leader’s “40 Under Forty” list for 2005.
