Norris was honored by the Granite United Way Board of Directors and Campaign Cabinet, Southern Region.
Dan received the Chairman’s Award for his leadership in the Greater Salem area that contributed to the Granite United Way’s Southern Region’s 2011 Campaign. The region raised $3.55 million to fund local programs. The United Way strategically focuses on those programs that offer the greatest impact and return on investment for donors within the areas of education, income, and health.
Dan is the Chair of McLane’s Corporate Department and focuses his practice on merger and acquisition transactions, corporate finance transactions, and contracts, and general business representation. Dan has specific industry experience in manufacturing, insurance, in renewable energy and independent schools. He has been named in Chambers USA: A Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for his Corporate/Commercial work since 2007 and New England Superlawyers.
A graduate of Leadership New Hampshire, Dan is very active in the community. In addition to his work with the United Way, he is President of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem. He was named to the Manchester Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty list in 2004.
