McLane Director David DePuy Receives Lifetime Achievement Award from Manchester Bar Association

April 21, 2006, MANCHESTER, NH — The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A. is proud to announce that R. David DePuy has received the Manchester Bar Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Association annually presents the award to a Bar member who exhibits superior professionalism and dedication to the practice of law, and who is viewed as a leader by peers. This year the Association received scores of letters from fellow Bar members nominating Dave for the award.

David Bailinson, President of the Manchester Bar Association commented, “Dave is well known by other members of the Bar as an attorney who advocates aggressively on behalf of his clients while always remaining unfailingly civil to judges, lawyers, and all those involved in the judicial process. A director in McLane s litigation group, Dave focuses his practice on general civil trial matters including business litigation, domestic relations and personal injury matters.

He was President of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association from 1989 to 1990, where he also served on the Board of Governors from 1987 to 1997. Dave served as a New Hampshire state delegate to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America from 1991 to 1997. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (President, N.H. Chapter 1999-2000) and of the International Society of Barristers. He is also recognized in the Woodward and White publication, The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of family law and personal injury litigation.
