McLane Director Gregory Smith Elected to the American College of Environmental Lawyers

October 29, 2008, Manchester, NH – McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Greg Smith has been elected to the American College of Environmental Lawyers (“ACOEL”).

ACOEL members are dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of practice, administration of justice, and ethics of the profession, and to contributing to the development of environmental law at both the state and federal level. The ACOEL is a professional association of distinguished private sector lawyers who practice in the field of environmental law. Greg is a former New Hampshire Attorney General and now serves as chairman of McLane’s Administrative Law Department, which encompasses the government relations and environmental practices. He has over 30 years experience in environmental and regulatory law and litigation involving the State, federal and local governments.

He is recognized by both Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America® for his work in Environmental Law.

Greg is a resident of Concord.
