The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, as well as Woburn, Massachusetts is proud to announce that Michael J. Quinn has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Portsmouth Swim Team.
The Portsmouth Swim Team, Inc., (“PST”) is a USA Swimming club, providing swimmers of all ages and abilities with high quality professional coaching and technique instruction. PST members compete in meets for the Tri-State Swimming Association and the Granite State Swimming Association, as well as in US Swimming Specialty meets.
As an undergraduate, Mike was a seven-time NCAA Division 3 All-American swimmer for St. Lawrence University. He later coached the Clarkson University swim team in Potsdam, New York, before attending law school at the University of Maine. He has been involved in the Portsmouth Swim Team for the past four years.
As Managing Director of McLane’s Portsmouth office, Mike’s practice is largely focused on the representation of clients in environmental litigation, including contribution litigation and coverage disputes with insurance companies. In addition, he represents businesses and individuals in a broad array of environmental matters including Wetlands and Clean Water Act permitting, Superfund, hazardous and solid waste permitting and compliance.
Mike is the Former Chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Natural Resources and Environmental Law Section and the Secretary of the New Hampshire Corporate Wetlands Restoration Partnership.
Active in the Seacoast community, Mike sits on the Board of Directors for Heronfield Academy, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Seacoast Family YMCA.
