McLane Director Michael Quinn Reappointed to Position with Local Arm of Coastal America

July 29, 2008, Manchester, NH: McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce that Michael J. Quinn has been reappointed Secretary of the New Hampshire Corporate Wetlands Restoration Partnership, (“The NHCWRP”). The NHCWRP is a local program that serves the mission locally of the Coastal America Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization committed to protecting, preserving and restoring America’s coastal heritage.

As Managing Director of McLane’s Portsmouth office, Mike’s practice is largely focused on the representation of clients in environmental litigation, including coverage disputes with insurance companies. In addition, he represents businesses and individuals in a broad array of environmental matters including Wetlands and Clean Water Act permitting, Superfund, hazardous and solid waste permitting and compliance.

Mike is a former Chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association Section on Natural Resources and Environmental Law and is a Fellow of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation. He is recognized by both Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America® for his work in Environmental Law.

Mike received his J.D. from the University of Maine in 1988 and his B.A. from St. Lawrence University in 1983. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Seacoast Family YMCA.

He is a resident of Newfields.
