December 10, 2008, Manchester, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, as well as Woburn, Massachusetts is proud to announce that William Zorn has been elected to the Board of Trustees for the Derryfield School.
Based in North Manchester, the Derryfield School is an independent day school for grades 6-12.
Bill is a director of the firm and currently serves as the Chair of the Trust and Estate Department. He concentrates his practice in sophisticated estate planning, implementation and administration for executives and business owners, as well as federal and state tax planning and structuring for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, individuals and non-profit organizations.
In addition to this position with the Derryfield School, Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Manchester Family YMCA.Bill received both his Masters degree in Taxation and his law degree from Boston University. He resides in Hooksett.
