May 3, 2006, MANCHESTER, NH — The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorneys Anthony Delyani and Cameron Shilling have been elected to be shareholders and directors of the firm.
Tony’s experience and practice includes all aspects of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity selection and formation, liquidations, financing, taxation, intellectual property, transition planning and equity-based compensation planning.
He has practiced business law since 1985, and prior to joining McLane in 1998 was a partner in a small firm in Andover, Massachusetts. He is dedicated to community service, and has served the wider community as a director of the Somersworth Chamber of Commerce, president and director of Leadership Seacoast and as an adjunct professor of business law at New England College. Tony continues to actively practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Cam chairs McLane’s employment litigation group as well as the American Bar Association’s subcommittee on litigation of trade secrets and non-competition agreements. He is also a member of McLane’s business litigation group. His expertise lies in complex business litigation, particularly employment and intellectual property disputes. He is adept at handling trade secret and non-competition suits, electronic discovery issues, commercial and employment contract cases, employment discrimination and harassment complaints, corporate governance matters, and other business disputes. He has an active practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and also litigates throughout New England and around the country.
