McLane Law Firm Announces Addition to the Employment Law Group

May 4, 2006, MANCHESTER — The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, is pleased to announce that Beth DeSimone has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate Department. Her focus will be in Labor and Employment Law.

Prior to joining McLane, Beth was an independent consultant specializing in human resources and organizational development working throughout Ohio. She brings extensive client service experience on a wide range of legal and human resource projects for a diverse group of clients, large and small.

Beth’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Human Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University College of Law with an emphasis in Labor and Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition, she has taught courses in Employment Law, Training and Development, and Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at The Ohio State University and Otterbein College.

Beth is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and will focus her practice in the area of employer risk management, developing and delivering training programs that will aid employers in understanding and achieving legal compliance.

Beth has relocated to Cornish, New Hampshire, where she lives with her husband.
