The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association is pleased to announce that Kara E. Dougherty has joined the firm.
Kara is an associate in the firm’s corporate department where she assists business clients in a wide variety of corporate law matters. She has experience structuring and forming investment vehicles, including limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures, real estate investment trusts, and real estate investment funds.
Kara received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, cum laude, and her A.B. from Princeton University.
