June 1, 2011, Woburn, Massachusetts – The McLane Law Firm with four offices in Woburn, Massachusetts, and Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, New Hampshire, is pleased to announce that Eric T. Shediac has joined the firm’s Corporate Real Estate Department.
Eric concentrates his practice in real estate law and institutional lending. He represents developers and investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of both commercial and residential real estate. He represents corporate clients with their business law needs including the review and preparation of corporate formation documents, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, partnership agreements, as well as both asset and stock purchase agreements.
Eric represents institutional lenders of all sizes ranging from community banks to major regional and national banks in a wide range of credit facilities including working capital lines of credit, letters of credit, equipment loans, receivables and other asset-based financing, SBA 7(a) loans, real estate acquisition loans including SBA 504 loans and traditional permanent mortgage financing, as well as construction loans.
Prior to managing the law firm of Eric T. Shediac & Associates, P.C., of Stoneham, Massachusetts, Eric was a member of Rudolph Friedman LLP, Burns & Levinson LLP, and Chappel White LLP, (now Seyfarth Shaw), all of Boston.
Eric is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, as well as the Rotary Club of Winchester.
He received his J.D. from the University of Massachusetts School of Law (formerly Southern New England School of Law) in 1995, his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1989, and graduated from Hebron Academy, of Maine, in 1985.
He is a resident of Winchester, Massachusetts.
