The McLane Law Firm with four offices in Woburn, Massachusetts, and Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, New Hampshire, is pleased to announce that Kimberly Ryan Torrisi has joined the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department.
Kim practices in a variety of areas of trusts, estate planning and estate administration. She has extensive probate litigation experience including will contests, fiduciary removal actions, contested probate court accountings, guardianship petitions and trust reformation proceedings.
Prior to joining McLane, Kim was a senior associate with Kirkpatrick & Lockhart and an associate with Day, Berry & Howard in Boston.
She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1998 and her B.A. from Boston College, magna cum laude in 1995. Kim was also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at Bentley University in 2007 and 2008.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New York Bar Association and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
Kim lives in Needham, Massachusetts.
