McLane Middleton Adds Klementowicz, Slovenski, and Whitelaw

The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to announce the hiring of attorneys Steven Slovenski, Henry Klementowicz, and Lindsay Whitelaw.   

Steven is an attorney in the firm’s corporate department.  His practice focuses on business, real property, land use and litigation.  He was most recently an attorney at Mesmer & Deleault, and was previously legal counsel at Irving Oil Corporation and general counsel at the New Hampshire Liquor Commission.  He is chair of the New Hampshire Bar’s Alternative Dispute Resolution section, and vice chair of the Business Litigation section.

Henry is an associate in the firm’s litigation department.  Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk for the judges of the Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood for two years.  Before that, Henry completed a fellowship with the criminal bureau of the Attorney General’s Office.  In law school, Henry was a student attorney with the Georgetown Criminal Justice Clinic and a notes development editor for the “American Criminal Law Review.”

Lindsay is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, and a recent graduate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.  During law school she worked as a legal intern at the National Education Association of New Hampshire and as a summer associate at McLane Middleton.  She also completed a legal residency in the Chambers of the Honorable Landya McCafferty at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and completed a second legal residency at the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office Civil Bureau.  Lindsay graduated from the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program and in the top ten percent of her class at UNH Law.  As an undergrad, Lindsay received the Governor John G. Winant Fellowship from UNH’s Carsey Institute, which allowed her to intern at the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence where she has been involved ever since.
